Buenos Aires Art Week

September 19th through 25th

In the opening the Symphony Orchestra of Salta will take part in this event at 4pm in the Amphitheatre of Parque Centenario. In the Centro Cultural Recoleta, people will be able to see the exhibition of Eduardo Plá with portraits of Carlos Gardel, Julio Cortázar and Julio Bocca, and other Argentine characters.
There will also be guided tours around Retiro, Recoleta, Centro, San Telmo, Plaza San Martín, Barrio Norte and Palermo Viejo, and conferences about art.
On Wednesday, Thursday and Friday at 7pm, the art galleries of Palermo and Belgrano, San Telmo and Puerto Madero and Plaza San Martín, Retiro y Recoleta open their doors.

Monday September 20th

19.00: Opening of the exhibition “Portraits of South America: Eduardo Pla”. Seven large-scale works made entirely with Nespresso coffee capsules. 
Recoleta Cultural Center. Junin 1930 – Room 13

Wednesday September 22nd
19.00: GALLERY NIGHTS special circuit Palermo and Belgrano. A tour through the main doors open galleries and art spaces in the area. (Transport connection between Palermo and Belgrano)

Thursday September 23rd
19.00: GALLERY NIGHTS special circuit San Telmo and Puerto Madero. A tour through the main doors open galleries and art spaces in the area.

Friday September 24th

19.00: GALLERY NIGHTS special circuit Plaza San Martin, Retiro, Recoleta and Barrio Norte. A tour through the main doors open galleries and art spaces in the area.

  1. This is the perfect opportunity to know all about design in the beautiful city of Buenos Aires, I went last year to this amazing show and it was something unique. There is an artistic atmosphere around the city that brings joy to all the people.
