Be brave. Overcome your fears and try these native species

Beef is Argentina’s most famous export. We take our beef very seriously. But, there’s more than beef in Argentina:

-From the northern region: Llama, goat, vicuna, lamb.
-From the littoral region: Buffalo, alligator, yacare, quail, rabbit.
-From the Pampas: Venison, wild boar, rhea.
-From Patagonia: Pheasant, lamb, hare.

Carpaccio de llama, conejo al torrontes, milanesa de yacare, lomo de nandu…Why not give it a try?
Most meat dishes are lean and have a high protein content. They also contain 50% less cholesterol than cow meat, since these animals walk and run during most of the day.

Be brave. Overcome your fears and try these native species.

Where? Here are our picks:

El baqueano: Chile 495- San Telmo
Oro & Candido: Guatemala 5099- Palermo
Almacen secreto ( a closed doors restaurant): Aguirre 1242- Villa Crespo
