The museum was created in Croatia in 2006 when artists Olinka Vistica and Drazen Grubisic ended their relationship and did not know what to do with anything that even made them think about the other. They dismissed the idea of burning letters, breaking photos, or give away clothes and dolls and decided to put everything together and make a museum.
The exhibiton in Buenos Aires opened last Thursday, April 14 at the Centro Cultural Borges and will continue through Sunday, May 1, 2011. Along with selection from its permanent collection the Museum will present the contributions witnessing local heartbreaks.
An interesting way of not erasing the emotional history.
