Often millions of plastic bottle tops end up as litter and migrate into our rivers and oceans.
In 2006 the Garrahan Pediatrics Hospital Foundation decided to start a caps recycling program. The objective of this program was to contribute to the protection of the environment and the education for a solidarity culture.
Working with this cause, Home Hotel has collected more than 25,000 plastic bottle caps!
Ever wonder what is done with these caps? Here’s the answer: Garrahan Pediatrics Hospital Foundation presents the “EcoKit” consisting of a bucket, a basin and a small shovel to collect the garbage, made with those recycledplastic caps.
